Warrington Township Zoning/SALDO Ad Hoc Committee Meetings

Warrington Township holds public Zoning/SALDO Ad Hoc Committee meetings on the first and third Monday of each month (Holidays and unforeseen circumstances may alter the schedule) at 3:00 PM in the Shirley Yannich Public Meeting Room at the Warrington Township Administration Building.

The Committee is composed of a member of the Board of Supervisors, 2 representatives from the Planning Commission, 2 representatives from the Zoning Hearing Board, the Township Solicitor, the Township Engineer, the Assistant Township Manager, and the Zoning Officer.

The Township has partnered with the Bucks County Planning Commission to work with the Committee to review and update the Zoning and Subdivision and Land Development (SALDO) ordinances. A complete rewrite of both ordinances was completed in 2021 and 2022, but amendments are needed on a regular basis to ensure the Township is managing land development and use in a legal and responsible manner.

The public is welcome to attend these meetings to provide their input or to learn about land development and zoning.
